End User License Agreement (EULA)

Privacy Policy

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter, "this Agreement") is made between sanographix (hereinafter, "Seller") and the end-user who purchases this theme (hereinafter, "End User").

License

• The Seller grants the End User a non-exclusive license to use this theme. The End User may use this theme for personal or commercial purposes.
• The End User may not resell, redistribute, or transfer this theme to any third party.

Ownership

• The intellectual property rights for this theme and all its components are owned by the Seller. The End User does not acquire any ownership rights in this theme.

Termination

• This Agreement will automatically terminate if the End User breaches any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, the End User must immediately cease all use of the theme and any copies thereof, and must destroy all copies of the theme in their possession.

Disclaimer

• The Seller is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this theme.

Service Changes

• The Seller reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to the End User, and without liability to the End User.

Governing Law

• This EULA is governed by the laws of Japan.
• If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court.
